Spain has placed it’s third order for the Expal made Eimos 81mm mortar system for their marines. The contract at 8,6 million € () is expected to cover 8 units to be delivered within the next 27 months. For Spain this is the third order for the system with 2 ordered in 2022, 4 early this year and now an estimated 8 units for a total of 14. The Spanish Marine Corps is planning to field a total of 18 units.
